2003 Mini Cooper S

The aim of this project was to construct a roof rack and bumper solely from recycled tubing, utilizing only the materials salvaged from the scrap pile of previous job errors. I didn't use my bender at all; instead, I relied on my imagination and welding skills to create these items.

A local contractor and friend inquired if I could construct an aluminum roof rack for his work truck according to specific dimensions, complete with a removable 11-gauge steel containment system for items such as ladders, conduit, and other essential tools.
